Prepainted Coil and Sheets

Pre-painted Steel offers an esthetic finish with excellent durability, formability and weather resistance. The painting process begins with a cold rolled steel substrate that undergoes an extensive cleaning process to improve adhesion. The base material is then coated with either a galvanized or galvalume layer to enhance corrosion resistance. This is followed by pre-treatment and primer coat to ensure paint adhesion. The final colour top coat is then applied.
